Ryan Enkoji
Meet Lieutenant Ryan Enkoji
Office of Operations – North Command
Lieutenant Ryan Enkoji began his career with the Sacramento Police Department in 2004. He is currently a Watch Commander with the North Command. Ryan has worked in many assignments throughout his career including as a Patrol Officer, POP Officer, Gang Enforcement Officer, Regional Transit Officer, and Criminal Intelligence Detective.
In July of 2020 Ryan was promoted to Sergeant. As a Sergeant, Ryan worked as a Patrol team supervisor, as a Sergeant with the School Resource Unit and as a Sergeant in the Internal Affairs Department. Ryan was promoted to Lieutenant in August of 2024.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Management and has attended ongoing professional training to include the SPD Front Line Leadership course, POST Supervisor course and the POST Sherman Block Supervisory Institute course. Ryan grew up in the greater Sacramento area. In his off-time, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and playing soccer with friends.
