Step 1: gather required documentation
The following documents will be required to complete the formal application process:
- Non-refundable application fee
- Copy of City of Sacramento Business Operations Tax certificate
- Alcohol Beverage Control license and map, if applicable
- Site plan
- Liability insurance policy
- Completed Al Fresco agreement

Step 2: complete the application and submit
Download the application and be sure to turn in the required docs.
Fill out the online application. Don't forget to attach all required documents.
