Community Survey

Take the community survey by December 22 to share your experiences in the Central City and perspective on issues the specific plan will address, including housing, daily amenities, entertainment, and transportation. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete.

Careholder Focus Group Meeting

On November 13, 2025, City staff held a virtual careholder meeting with representatives of the Central City’s businesses and development community to provide an overview of the Central City Specific Plan and engagement timeline, review key themes from the 2018 Central City Specific Plan, and to discuss emerging trends, priorities, and opportunities.
