About us

The 28th & B Skate Park is located at Sutter’s Landing Regional Park at 20 28th St, Sacramento, CA 95816 (over the railroad tracks). Participants are allowed to ride skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and roller skates at the skate park. Bikes, unicycles, motorized scooters, or any motorized riding instruments are NOT allowed. Open skate hours provided by staff are limited to seasonal events at this time. Events will be added to this webpage as they are scheduled. YPCE is actively collaborating with community partners to add exciting opportunities such as skate lessons, camps, special events and open skate hours for the public. This park is available to rent for special events, check out the rental information below. For up-to-date information about program registration, visit our registration page.

28th & B Facility Rentals

Times: The 28th & B Skate Park is available for rentals year-round (excluding holidays). The schedule of availability for rentals varies based on program and maintenance schedules.

Rental Rate: $55 per hour - Minimum two (2) hour rental request. Facility lights are included with the rental fees if needed.

Requirement: Certificate of Insurance

INSURANCE: $1,000,000.00 of general liability insurance is required. Insurance must name both, the City of Sacramento and the County of Sacramento and its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers as additional insured. Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to City staff at least fourteen (14) days before the start of the approved rental.
