Code Compliance administers both the Tenant Protection Program and the Rental Housing and Inspection Program to ensure safe, healthy and compliant rentals in the City of Sacramento. Through these programs, Code Compliance enforces welfare code violations and helps provide renters more stability to remain in their rental unit.
