Annual & Quarterly Reports and Audits/Inspections

OPSA prepares quarterly and annual reports consistent with California Penal Code section 832.7 (c). Quarterly reports summarize current allegations of misconduct and misconduct complaints filed against public safety personnel. Annual reports are based on calendar year activities and provide a comprehensive review of annual performance tracking and monitoring internal investigations, reviewing completed investigations, as well as statistical data for all misconduct allegations involving public safety personnel.
