About the Payroll Division
The Payroll Division provides payroll administration services to City employees and Sacramento City Employees' Retirement System (SCERS) Retirees/Beneficiaries and is responsible for the timely and accurate disbursement of payroll earnings, process deductions, and withhold applicable taxes, in accordance with labor agreements, payroll policies, federal and state regulations.
