Payments accepted by mail, City Hall drop box on H Street, online, or by phone (numbers and hours listed below) or in person.
Collection accounts can include many different types of City fees and charges. These fees are usually collected by the individual departments responsible for the program or services. If the department is unable to effect collection of the use fees or charges, the delinquent account is referred to the City Receivables and Collections section of the Revenue Division for further collection efforts.
