Meet Senior Police Records Supervisor Kelly Cullers

Office of Specialized Services - Support Services Division

Senior Police Records Supervisor Kelly Cullers began her career with SPD in 1999 as a Police Records Specialist I. Throughout her career she has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience, promoting to a Police Records Supervisor before serving at her current rank. She is proud to serve amongst the dedicated staff in the Records Division. As a team their hard work and diligence successfully navigate the daily challenges associated with the division’s duties.

Kelly has been an active member of the California Law Enforcement Association of Records Supervisors, including serving a term as Vice President for her local chapter. She has coordinated training opportunities for other law enforcement agencies records division personnel statewide.

Kelly was drawn to a career at SPD through her desire to serve the community as her family had done before her. When she is off duty, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, reading and camping.
