What is the Historic District Plan?

The Historic District Plans include historic context, period of significance, character defining features, and design standards and criteria that help guide future development within these historic parts of the city. Read more about them here.

The Historic District Plans are based on the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, which are a set of guidelines for how to treat historic buildings published by the National Park Service.
