Pools (Residential or Commercial)

The pool activity type is used to exclusively permit residential or commercial pools. If a project will include other work it should be permitted separately on the appropriate activity type. An example of the need for this is the construction of a new commercial pool and Pool house or cabana. The cabana should be on a separate new building permit.
