Cove Park Master Plan (PDF)

Cove Park is a 1.83 acre neighborhood park located in the River oaks area of South Natomas. Cove Park will be constructed in fall 2020 and be completed by spring 2021. The park will include the following amenities:

  • Half Basketball Court 
  • Covered Picnic Area with 4 tables 
  • Children’s Playground 
  • Benches, Bike Racks, and Trash Receptacles 
  • Accessible concrete walkway 
  • Two open turf areas 
  • Landscaping with Shade and Flowering Trees 
  • Storm Water Bioretention Planter with Boulders 
  • Park Name Signs
