About Hmong Youth and Parents United (HYPU)

Hmong Youth and Parents United (HYPU) is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering Hmong and other marginalized youth, families, and elders through culturally grounded programs, education, and leadership opportunities. HYPU creates safe and inclusive spaces that honor cultural identity, foster intergenerational connections, and support academic, social, and personal development. Through youth activities, mentorship circles, community events, and resource navigation, HYPU works to strengthen the well-being and resilience of the community while uplifting culture, unity, and collective growth.
