Mudasir Nazar is an international development and humanitarian professional with over 14 years of leadership experience in Afghanistan, Uganda, and the United States. He has managed large-scale humanitarian operations with the United Nations in Afghanistan and Uganda, overseeing emergency and multi-sectoral humanitarian programs. In the United States, he oversaw refugee programs and public administration initiatives with Cherokee Federal, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the City of Sacramento, Opening Doors, Inc., and the International Rescue Committee (IRC). His work reflects deep expertise in strategic planning, community engagement, grants management, program monitoring and evaluation, and data analysis, with a strong record of leading high-performing teams and strengthening partnerships with government institutions, Community-Based Organizations, donors, and local communities.

Mudasir holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in Humanitarian Assistance from Tufts University. He is fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari and experienced in cross-cultural leadership, grounded in a long-standing commitment to supporting diverse communities
