Frozan Nikzad

Dr. Frozan Nikzad is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Land of Opportunities, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering refugees, immigrants, and underserved families through education, workforce development, and community integration. With an M.D. degree and a Master’s degree from Oxford University, Dr. Nikzad brings a distinguished leadership background grounded in public service, community development, and advocacy for vulnerable populations.

Dr. Nikzad has led large-scale community initiatives, built high-impact programs, and guided multicultural teams in delivering trauma-informed and culturally responsive services. Under her leadership, Land of Opportunities serves more than 8,000 individuals annually through programs that advance language skills, employment readiness, childcare provider licensing, youth empowerment, and long-term self-sufficiency.
