2026 Community Ambassadors

Pita Rabuka

Pita Rabuka is a passionate coach, parent, and community ambassador dedicated to supporting youth, families, and emerging rugby athletes across Sacramento. He believes in the power of sport, culture, and mentorship to strengthen young people, while also advocating for mental health wellness and holistic support for all youth. With a service-minded approach, Pita strives to build connections that uplift families, encourage confidence, and create healthier, more united neighborhoods.

Alongside his commitment to youth wellness, Pita serves as a grassroots representative for Kaji Rugby—helping introduce rugby to young athletes and support the families and communities connected to them. His role as an NDAT Community Ambassador centers on expanding access, encouraging community engagement, and ensuring that young people—not just players but those around them—have the guidance, care, and opportunities needed to thrive both on and off the field. Driven by compassion, cultural pride, and a vision for collective growth, Pita is dedicated to empowering the next generation of rugby leaders in Sacramento.
