Rates & use of parking lots

Parking lots are unattended and require payment at any kiosk located on the parking lot premises.

Payments made to kiosks or mobile app payment signage located on sidewalks or in the right-of-way outside of any parking lot premises are not valid for off-street parking lots.
Facilities listed below are the only facilites owned or managed by the City of Sacramento. Inquiries about any other facilities should be directed to the private parking management company using the contact information posted at their facility.

Spaces # 1 - 32 are located within a 2-hour max parking section. This is a separate section located near the entrance of the Amtrak Station. The two-hour limit is strictly enforced. Movement between any stalls within this section to avoid the two-hour time limit is prohibited. Parking citations will be issued for vehicles parked within this section for more than two hours. Parking stalls that allow longer parking sessions are located outside of this section.

Parking is FREE for buses in this section only. Buses may not park in other sections in Lot 293 because stalls are intended for smaller vehicles. Buses parked in the RV spaces must pay the fee for those spaces.

In rare instances when buses must park outside of the bus section, payment is required for each space a bus occupies. Payment for one parking space when the bus occupies multiple spaces is not allowed and will subject the bus to a parking citation for each space that is not paid.
