Step 1: gather required documentation

The following documents will be required to complete the formal application process:

  • Non-refundable application fee 
  • Copy of City of Sacramento Business Operations Tax certificate 
  • Alcohol Beverage Control license and map, if applicable
  • Site plan
  • Liability insurance policy 
  • Completed Al Fresco agreement

Step 2: complete the application and submit
