About

The Street Overdose Response Team (SORT) is dedicated to treating overdose incidents while providing community outreach. Our mission is to lower the stigma associated with seeking help for substance use disorder, provide medically assisted treatment, and faciliate access to available services. SORT will respond in real time to overdose emergencies and perform follow-up visits with identified individuals.
