To initiate the process, interested parties simply need to complete the Event Participation Request Form, which has been designed for easy access and streamlined communication.

• Plan Ahead: All requests should be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event date. This allows for adequate scheduling and ensures that everything runs smoothly. 
• Stay Local: Our exceptional firefighters are committed to serving the Sacramento Fire Department service area, so it's essential that events take place within our vibrant community. 
• Flexibility is Crucial: Participation by the department is thoughtfully coordinated around training schedules. Although flexibility is key, rest assured that every effort will be made to accommodate your request and create a memorable experience. 
• Heroes on Call: Please keep in mind that our firefighters remain on duty, ready to respond to emergencies. While they will make every effort to be present, there may be times when duty calls them away.
