To initiate the process, interested parties simply need to complete the Event Participation Request Form, which has been designed for easy access and streamlined communication.

Here are some friendly suggestions to ensure a seamless experience:

Plan Ahead: All requests should be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event date. This allows for adequate scheduling and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
Stay Local: Our exceptional firefighters are committed to serving the Sacramento Fire Department service area, so it's essential that events take place within our vibrant community.
