Book an OCM Virtual Office Hours Appointment

OCM Office Hours

The Office of Cannabis Management provides 15-minute appointments to discuss permits, grants, loan, the CORE program, or other general questions with the City's cannabis team. Office Hours available:

Permitting & General Questions - Tuesday, 10:00am-12:00pm (Virtual)

CORE - Thursday, 10:00am - 12:00pm (Virtual or In-person)

Policy

  1. Individual may only sign up for one Office Hours meeting at a time. If an individual signs up for multiple meetings on the same day or book consecutive meeting block, all meetings except the first will be canceled. Bookings may be canceled and rescheduled based on the topic. Once the initial meeting has been attended, the individual may then sign up for a new meeting time.
  2. Each Office Hours meeting will last no longer than 15 minutes.
  3. If OCM staff become aware that a meeting is being recorded, they may state that they do not consent to being recorded and may end the meeting immediately. 
  4. If an individual schedules a meeting and does not attend without canceling, OCM will consider this a no-show. After three consecutive no-shows, OCM may cancel any future meeting requests from that individual. If the no-show occurred due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, OCM may excuse them at its discretion.
