Preservation Design Review
Proposed development and construction projects involving properties that are designated historic landmarks, located within a historic district, or potentially eligible historic resources are reviewed by historic preservation staff through the City’s Preservation Site Plan and Design Review process (SPDR). Work completed on historic buildings is reviewed against the standards set in the City’s Historic District Plan and/or the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
