The 2035 General Plan was adopted on March 3, 2015. It was replaced by the 2040 General Plan, adopted February 27, 2024.

The 1988 General Plan was adopted by City Council on January 19, 1988.  The document was the principal tool for City use in evaluating public and private projects and municipal service improvements.  It was was replaced by the 2030 General Plan.
