Community Development Meetings and Hearings
Development review bodies, such as the Planning and Design Commission, are established to make decisions on land use actions and to recommend land use policy to the City Council. Director Hearings are a staff level review process for zoning, historic preservation, or design standards in the city.
City of Sacramento uses a Code Enforcement Hearing process for resolution and compliance. The process streamlines ordinance enforcement and expedites the adjudication process, thereby enhancing the quality of life for City of Sacramento residents.
