Incentives
Incentives are available to businesses locating or growing in the City of Sacramento. Not all opportunities are listed here and site selectors are encouraged the Office of Innovation and Economic Development with opportunities and questions.
Local incentives:
- The Sacramento Streamline Program helps the City provide expedited services to customers. Whether it is an online or in-person process, the City strives to make the development experience as efficient as possible. Any new processes that improve the way we do business are added to this page.
- Local Business Enterprise (LBE) provides a five percent preference to businesses that reside in either the City or County of Sacramento on all City procurement opportunities under $100,000 and professional service contracts over $100,000. Please inquire about this preference when responding to a bidding opportunity.
State incentives:
- The California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development offers businesses incentives through statewide programs and opportunities. Go-BIZ is a State of California agency.
