About us
The 28th & B Skate Park is located at Sutter’s Landing Regional Park at 20 28th St, Sacramento, CA 95816 (over the railroad tracks). Participants are allowed to ride skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and roller skates at the skate park. Bikes, unicycles, motorized scooters, or any motorized riding instruments are NOT allowed. Public Skate Hours
NEW – Rob Skate Academy will be providing public skate hours at the 28th & B Skate Park. Join us for a FREE Open House on Sunday, November 1st from 2pm – 6pm. Enjoy this great opportunity to skate and connect with the community. Food trucks will be on-site. Pre-registration for the Open House on Sunday, November 1st is not required. The team from Rob Skate Academy will be at the park to meet skaters and help them to register for ongoing monthly memberships.

Open skate hours registration:
Basic monthly memberships are $25 for unlimited park entry. Please reach out for financial assistance if needed. A sliding scale is available (contact Rob Skate Academy directly for a reduced fee option: morgan@robskate.com / (510) 458-9057). Premium memberships are $95 per month, offering both unlimited park entry and unlimited Rob Skate Academy classes.

Open skate hours with Rob Skate Academy are available with a monthly membership.

How to Register
Step 1:
- Visit robskate.com
- On the top of the menu bar, go to “Our Parks” and choose “NEW Sacramento”
Step 2:
- Scroll down to “SERVICES”
- Choose “NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION” A new window will open
Step 3:
- Proceed to fill out “Personal Details”
- This information is of the member not the parent/guardian
- If member is under the age of 18, parent/guardian must include name
- This person may also be used in “Contacts” later on
Step 4:
- Fill out “Address” information
- Fill out “Contacts” information
- Required regardless of the age of the member signing up
- OPTIONAL: Add or upload member photo
Step 5:
- Choose “Membership”
- Basic Membership: Each member pays this price
- Premium Membership: Initial member pays full price, every additional membership added to the account is $15
- Fill out “Waiver Document”
Step 6:
- Must be over 18
- Use phone screen/mouse/keypad to sign
- Choose option for “How Did You Hear About Us”
- Choose language interface (optional)
- Create Account Password
Step 7:
- Members will be able to “Add Family Members” through member portal
- Premium “Add Family Member” discounts applied through member portal
- Fill out card information (cash option is not available)
- Complete sign-up
Step 8: Optional
- Head back to Robskate.com
- Go to the Sacramento page under “Our Parks”
- Scroll down to “EXISTING MEMBER LOGIN” and click
- Log in using information and password provided during sign-up
- “Add Family Member” option will be on the side of the member portal

28th & B Skate Park – Park Planning Update
The City of Sacramento is partnering with California Skateparks to redesign the skatepark at Sutter's Landing Regional Park! Whether you plan to use the park, or are simply an interested community member, we are excited to work with you to redesign this unique space. Details coming soon for a community meeting, hosted in collaboration with California Skateparks.

28th & B Facility Rentals
Times: The 28th & B Skate Park is available for rentals year-round (excluding holidays). The schedule of availability for rentals varies based on program and maintenance schedules.
Rental Rate: $55 per hour - Minimum two (2) hour rental request. Facility lights are included with the rental fees if needed.
Requirement: Certificate of Insurance
INSURANCE: $1,000,000.00 of general liability insurance is required. Insurance must name both, the City of Sacramento and the County of Sacramento and its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers as additional insured. Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to City staff at least fourteen (14) days before the start of the approved rental.
