Fong Ranch Park Shade Canopy
Project address: 3701 Fong Ranch Rd. The project consists of installing a 43’ x 45’ high playground shade canopy. Project anticipated to be completed by year-end 2025. Project manager: Dennis Day at DDay@cityofsacramento.org

Fremont Park Restroom Replacement
Project Project address, 1515 Q Street. The project consist removal of the existing restroom building and replacing it with a new two stall accessible restroom with additional storage building and new paving around the building. Project anticipated to be completed August 2025. Project Manager: Jeff Nittka at jnittka@cityofsacramento.org

Lakeview Park
Project address, 355 Sun Harbor Circle. This is a new 1.89 acre park in the Greenbriar Phase 2 development. The improvements at this park consist of group picnic area, open plaza, playground, walkway, open turf, seating, and shade trees. Project anticipated to be completed at the end of 2025. Lakeshore Park
Project address, 5424 Lopez Lake Way. This is a new 2.22 acre park in the Greenbriar Phase 2 development. The improvements at this park consist of two group picnic area overlook a lake, playground, walkway, open turf, seating, and shade trees. Project anticipated to be completed at the end of 2025. Land Park Restroom Replacement Project
Project address, 3800 Land Park Drive. The project consist of removal of the existing restroom building northwest of the existing stage and amphitheater. This building will be replaced with a new two stall accessible restroom building and new paving around the restroom. Project anticipated to be completed June 2025. Lewis Park Playground Replacement
Project address: 6570 Park Riviera Way. The project consists of removing and replacing the existing playground, with a new nature themed 2-5 play structure and a 5-12 playground structure, with swings, 2-seat dragonfly rider, and a butterfly climber. Project anticipated to be completed by late fall 2025. Project manager: Dennis Day DDay@cityofsacramento.org

Mama Marks Park Splash Pad
This is an existing 4.16 acre neighborhood park, located at 1140 Roanoke Avenue. The project construction starting winter 2024 and completed summer 2024. The improvements consist of removal of the existing wading pool and installation of a new splash pad, concrete paving and fencing improvements. Project Manager: Jeff Nittka

Meadows Park Phase 3 Improvements
Meadows Park is an existing 11.23-acre community park located at 1840 North Breezy Meadow Drive. Phase 3 improvements include the addition of a basketball court, a tennis court, pickleball courts, park lighting, concrete walkways, site furnishings, a drinking fountain, landscaping, and irrigation. North Natomas Regional Park Fields 1-3 Lighting
Project address: 2501 New Market Dr. The project consists of installing sports field lighting on fields 1, 2 and 3, and two bull pens on field 1. Project anticipated to be completed by year-end 2025. Project manager: Dennis Day at DDay@cityofsacramento.org

Renfree Field Renovations at Del Paso Regional Park
Project address: 3365 Auburn Bl. We are underway on a transformative project that will enhance our community's recreational offerings! This initiative will replace the current baseball field with a state-of-the-art 375-foot youth baseball field, a dedicated practice field, and a versatile overlaid soccer field, one basketball and four pickleball courts. In addition to sports facilities, we will revamp half of the existing parking lot on Bridge Road, bringing it up to modern standards with durable asphalt paving, striping, concrete curbs, and improved drainage systems, irrigation well, booster pump, new electrical service, and low water use landscape and native shade trees. Shorebird Park Shade Canopy
Project address: 3200 Kittiwake Dr. The project consists of installing a 35’ x 35’ by 16’ high playground shade canopy. Project anticipated to be completed by year-end 2025.Project manager: Dennis Day at DDay@cityofsacramento.org

Southside Stage and Electrical Improvements
Project address, 2115 6th Streety. The project consist of installation of new electrical upgrades for the stage and areas around the stage, new picnic area and accessible improvement for the stage. Steve Jones Park Playground
Project address 2331 Casa Linda Drive. The project consist of removal of the existing burned playground and replacing it with a new playground structure. Project anticipated to be completed early summer 2025. Project Manager: Levi Rynearson at lrynearson@cityofsacramento.org

Sunhaven Park
Project address, 3624 Kona Kai Way. This is a new 2.4 acre park in the Greenbriar Phase 2 development. The improvements at this park consist of group picnic area, playground, walkway, open turf, seating, and shade trees. Project anticipated to be completed at the end of 2025. Thelma Park
Thelma Park is a 0.23-acre neighborhood park located at 2324 Thelma Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95833. Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2025 and is anticipated to be completed by winter 2025. The park’s amenities will include a children’s playground enclosed by perimeter tubular steel fencing and gates, a group picnic area with a shade structure, group seating areas, pedestrian walkways, a drinking fountain, a masonry wall, landscaping, and irrigation. Woodlake Park Lighting and Walkway Improvement
