Hotel, apartments and retail planned for this vacant North Natomas lot

A developer plans to build a four-story hotel, along with 64 apartments and retail, on a vacant lot in Sacramento’s North Natomas neighborhood. Buzz Oates is planning the development at 2380 Del Paso Road, at the corner of Truxel and Del Paso roads, according to plans filed with the city on July 31.

Project of EAH at 1900 Club Center Drive.

EAH Housing is proposing the construction of a 140-unit, 100 percent affordable multifamily housing community on approximately 3.5 acres of vacant land located at 1900 Club Center Drive. The Project consists of the new construction of four separate three-story residential buildings and one standalone amenity building (the clubhouse).

The residential buildings will include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes designed to serve households earning between 30 and 70 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI), with the potential inclusion of a set-aside for individuals and families with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
