The City of Sacramento is preparing a plan to explore reuse and revitalization opportunities near Marysville Boulevard and Grand Avenue in Del Paso Heights.

The work is partially funded by an $800,000 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Multipurpose Grant. The grant supports community outreach, environmental assessment, cleanup, and reuse planning for sites with potential environmental concerns.

On September 22, 2026, the City Council approved a contract with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. to prepare the plan over a one-year term. More information will be added soon.
