Planned Unit Development Guidelines

Planned Unit Development (PUD) Guidelines provide for greater flexibility in the design of integrated developments than otherwise possible through strict application of zoning regulations. It is the intent of PUDs to encourage the design of well-planned facilities that offer a variety of housing or other land uses through creative and imaginative planning.  Each set of guidelines establishes a set of development standards for a specific geographic area of the city.
