Just like the general 311 portal, the 311 business portal allows you to submit service requests directly for your business. While you can submit any type of service request, the City encourages you to take advantage of its business assistance programs by submitting a "Business Resources" request.

Receive free, customized counseling from industry experts. Whether you need help with:

We’ll match you with the right support for your goals. To access counseling, create a business 311 account and submit a "Business Resources" request.

Funding Opportunities

Complete five hours of consulting to become eligible for funding programs.

Microgrant Program

Get up to $5,000 in microgrant funding to put expert recommendations into action – whether that means new equipment, launching services, or enhancing operations. If eligible, must work with business consultant to apply. 

Fee Credit Program

Receive up to $2,500 in City fee credits to offset costs like permitting, business licensing, or inspections – helping reduce common barriers to growth. If eligible, must work with business consultant to apply.
