Civil Service Examinations
To be considered for employment in a Civil Service classification with an online examination, applicants must take and pass a City of Sacramento Civil Service examination by the final filing deadline of a job posting.
Examinations are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. To be successful in the examination process, applicants must receive a passing score of 70% or higher. Applicants will receive their test results upon completion of the examination.
