Language Access Policy

Released in May 2025, the Language Access Policy establishes the Language Access Program and the role of the Language Access Coordinator.  The policy reflects the City’s commitment to ensuring all residents—regardless of language proficiency—can meaningfully access City programs, resources, services, and information..
