"I Speak" Program

The City’s “I Speak” campaign will help residents with limited English proficiency to let staff know in what language they need interpretation.  Below are the current "I Speak" materials for download.  

"I Speak" Cards

Small wallet-sized cards that community members can carry with them. Each card says “I speak [language]” so they can easily show staff their language needs.

Additional Services

In addition to the I Speak cards, individuals may be asked to "point to your language" by City staff.  When you point to your respective language, you will be connected with an interpreter that will help you communiciate with staff.
