Residential Permit Applications

Applications with missing documentation will not be processed. Please read the descriptions of the required forms of documentation prior to selecting any application form.

Applications are required for:

  • New or renewal permit requests
  • Residents who move to a new address within the same permit area as the previous address. This includes moving to another unit in a complex or community. 
  • Residents who move to a new address in a different permit area.   
  • Residents who change license plates or purchase new vehicles (for Virtual Vehicle Permits)

How to apply

Step 1: View the Required Documentation and Residential Permit Type links to ensure all documentation is submitted and the appropriate permit is applied for.  

Step 2: Choose a permit option (or special permit option) and apply online or visit the Revenue Division during open counter hours. 

Virtual Permits: Utilize the vehicle license plate number.

Visitor and Temporary placards: Physical permits that will be mailed to the applicant or applicant may visit the Revenue Division to apply and pick up.
