Tree Permits and Ordinances

Tree Removal Permits

In accordance with Sacramento City Code 12.56.070, a written appeal may be made in regards to removal of a tree within 15 days of the posting date. Written appeals must state the grounds for the appeal, and the required fee of $298 dollars must be paid at the time of appeal submission. Appeals may be sent to City Clerk, 915 I Street, New City Hall, Sacramento, CA 95814.
