Missed pickup

Waste collection occurs between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. If your garbage, recycle or organics has not been collected by 2 p.m. notify 311. Missed pickups should be reported within two business days or collection may not occur until your next regular collection day.

Broken lid or container

Broken lids or containers are exchanged for free. Contact 311 to report a problem with your container and they will arrange for a repair or new container to be delivered.

Exchange container for different size or add a container

Switching the container size or adding a container will have an impact on your bill. Any service request that will change your bill needs to be made through the City's Billing Department. They will make the correct bill adjutments and arrange for the container exchange.

New services

The Utility Billing team takes care of setting up service for newly built homes. After a billing account has been created, a date for container delivery will be set-up. If your containers have not arrived when you take occupancy of the property, please contact the Utility Billing
