Sacramento Valley Station Area Plan
The Sacramento Valley Station Area Plan is a comprehensive plan for expanding the current rail station into a full Transit Center over the next 20-plus years. The first implementation priority is the relocation of the light rail station, which Sacramento Regional Transit is leading, to allow the construction of the Regional Bus Mobility Hub which will expand the station function dramatically for regional connectivity between regional rail and regional transit services and providing local improvements to cycling with a new bicycle hub and new bikeways connecting to the station.
