River District Specific Plan

River District Specific Plan Update

The River District Specific Plan Update kicked off in March 2024, and is scheduled to be completed in the winter of 2026. The existing Specific Plan was adopted in 2011, and a lot has changed since then. This update is an opportunity to evaluate goals, policies, and actions against an updated vision for the area.
